Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions of use of the Pattern51 Prompt service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by Bytesmix, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company").

Article 2 (Nature of the Service)

The Service is a prompt transformation service based on the Company's AI/AX methodology. It uses 51 prompt patterns with explicit academic citations to automatically transform and improve user-supplied prompts.

Article 3 (Disclaimer of Results)

The transformation results provided by the Service are for reference only. The Company does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the transformation results
• Any business or commercial outcome derived from using the results
• Uninterrupted service or absence of errors

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:

• Submit personal information, trade secrets, copyrighted works, or other sensitive or legally protected content
• Use outputs generated through the Service for malicious purposes
• Use automated tools to generate abnormal traffic or interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All assets included in the Service — the 51-pattern library, UI, code, and related materials — are owned by the Company or the original authors. Users may use them only within the scope of using the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms and will announce any changes within the Service. Revised Terms take effect on the announcement date.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business as the court of first instance.
